Our Portland Oregon home staging company often gets calls from Realtors or homeowners whose property has been on the market for months without a sale. We ask about the feedback the home has received, and usually hear that the home appears dated or it didn’t “feel” right to the potential buyers (another way of saying they just didn’t like it).  After we’ve been hired, we provide our suggestions for cost-effective and easy cosmetic fixes to be completed, then we stage the house, including taking the photos for the online listing.
