Room Solutions Staging offers professional home staging services to Homeowners and Realtors in the following areas: Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Wilsonville, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Aloha, Hillsboro, Milwaukie, Oregon City, and Happy Valley.

If your property is outside these areas or if we're unable to help you, we'll happily refer you to another talented and experienced local home staging company.

Home Staging Services Offered To Homeowners:


  • Verbal Staging Consultation:
    This popular service is geared to help the homeowner (or listing agent) of a home that will be lived in (occupied) while it's on the market. Would you like expert tips on how to stage your home yourself? Then this service is perfect for you! We'll walk through the property with you while you take notes of our recommendations that will provide the highest and best return on investment, including: interior and exterior paint colors, how to create focal points that highlight your home's best features, the best furniture placement to create a good traffic flow, how to stage tabletops and shelves; easy cosmetic repairs, light fixture replacements, the importance of creating as much "space" as possible, curb appeal and landscaping enhancements, local resources, etc. Afterwards, we'll review the most important things that should be done in your home before it goes on the market. We also provide tips on how to prepare for the open house and keeping your home looking great for showings.
    Up to 2 hours of time – $220; $20 for each additional 15 minutes, payable by check on the day of service. If the distance is greater than 20 miles from SW Portland, an additional charge may apply.
  • Occupied Home Staging:
    If the home is Occupied while on the market, we will first provide a verbal staging consultation that includes things the sellers can take care of before we return another day to work with the seller's items and create an inviting, cohesive look to the décor. The pricing of this service depends on the size of the property and the number of rooms staged. Because every project is unique, we're happy to provide a staging proposal for your property.
  • Half-Day Home Makeover (ReStyling) Projects:
    If you'd like a fresh look in your home or just don't know how to best configure your furniture, our home makeover service may be just what you need. This "ReStyling" service is less expensive than hiring a traditional interior decorator and very effective! We can make your home warm and inviting, and can also suggest where to buy any needed accessories. Two experienced stager/designers for four hours of time is $499.
  • Paint Color Consultation:
    Need help selecting just the right interior or exterior paint colors for your home? Whether you're selling your property or staying in it, we can help you find just the right colors that work with the existing elements – billed @ $125 for one hour, or $195 for two hours of time.

Fees for all of the above services are due and payable by check or cash on the day of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
