What I really appreciated was hearing from the listing Realtor (who has 30+ years experience in the business) that she thought the staging really contributed to the fast sale of this home 🙂 When she first contacted me, she said she’d picked up my card at another home that I’d staged recently … and that one sold very quickly, too.  This listing agent told the sellers that due to this home’s open floorplan, buyers could be confused about how to use the space, and she highly recommended that they consider staging. Now, they’re glad they did!
