This Beaverton Oregon Condo went Pending One Week after Home Staging!

The sellers found us through their Realtor, and I’d also staged a home for their son recently;  this vacant condo had been a rental for a couple of years so the sellers did a great job taking care of a few cosmetic improvements like fresh paint, new bathroom floors, deep cleaning, etc.  After the work was completed, we staged this cute Beaverton OR townhouse  and it was under contract in less than a week!
